Profile of Bonnie J. MacEslin, Vice President

Ms. Bonnie MacEslin led the establishment of critical business activities for Safety-Kleen, McLane Foodservice and AmeriServe. These three corporations experienced enormous business and organizational transformations which created challenging work environments. Ms. MacEslin filled crucial problem solving roles during the reorganization of these companies. Her intelligence, operational knowledge and results-oriented style yielded significant business benefits for each company.

Key Accomplishments

• Developed, within 14 days, a successful hiring and training program for national sales force necessary to achieve aggressive 2004 revenue targets.
• Reorganized the relocation, travel and temporary agency processes to drive substantial savings to Safety-Kleen and increased customer satisfaction.
• Redesigned organizational capability functions at Safety-Kleen and AmeriServe to deliver front line programs which impacted bottom line through asset management, increased productivity and sales.
• Provided leadership on corporate labor strategy team which resulted in Teamster withdrawal of petition in Ontario facility and company victories in elections in Toronto and Columbus.

Prior to joining the reorganization of Safety-Kleen's business model, Ms. MacEslin was the Vice President of Human Resources for McLane Foodservice. She joined McLane Foodservice in 2000 when McLane purchased the assets of AmeriServe Distribution. Prior to McLane, Ms. MacEslin served as Vice President Human Resources for AmeriServe Distribution which she joined in 1997 when it purchased PepsiCo Food Systems. Ms. Mac Eslin joined PepsiCo Food Systems as a Director of Human Resources in 1994. She was promoted to Sr. Director in 1997 and to Vice President in 1999. Ms. MacEslin came to PepsiCo from Texas Back Institute where she worked as Vice President Network Development. Ms. MacEslin's previous work experience was at Smith Kline Beecham, Mellon Bank and Robinson & Cole.

Ms. MacEslin graduated from Catholic University's law school with a Juris Doctorate. She earned a BA summa cum laude from Hood College. Ms. MacEslin is a member of Phi Kappa Phi. Her community activities include Composer Circle of Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Arboretum and Kimbell Art Museum.
