Profile of Jane A. Redman, President

Jane A. Redman has held a succession of progressively more responsible logistics and operations management positions in her career. Her responsibilities have encompassed management of operations and logistics budgets in excess of $200 million in support of multi-billion dollar food and beverage manufacturing and distribution companies with staff responsibilities from 30 to over 100 teammates. The last five (5) years of her career have focused on managing logistics, procurement, strategic alliance partnerships and reorganization development (PepsiCo Food Systems, AmeriServe, McLane Foodservice and Vantix Logistics). She demonstrated skills in developing key relationships, understanding strategic business objectives and defining the path for reorganization to drive key performance measures.

Jane joined McLane Foodservice (Pepsico Foods Systems / AmeriServe) July 1997 as Senior Operations Manager in Orlando, Florida and was tasked with building the new prototype distribution center for Ameriserve. After successful completion of the Orlando distribution center project, Jane was then promoted to Director of Alliance Programs / Corp. Procurement in Chicago, IL in November 1998 to develop and organize strategic alliance programs with key suppliers and service vendors. In November 1999, after the AmeriServe network began to struggle with reorganization, Jane was transferred to the Dallas corporate office on special assignment as acting Director of Accounts Payable / Finance Team Management. Promoted to the position of Vice President of Logistics 09/2000, Jane and her team successfully grew the business over 38% during 2001, and secured additional new business accounts for the 2002 year adding another $50 million in revenue.

Prior to McLane Foodservice:

• Coca Cola Enterprises 2.5 years as Warehouse and Distribution Manager - Tampa, FL Central and South Florida markets (Manufacturing / Distribution / Logistics).
• Todhunter International - Lake Alfred, FL. Seven (7) years. Business Manager: Beverage division (Manufacturing / Distribution / Logistics: Import and Export and Domestic distribution)
